In 2015 God made it possible to start production of machines for grain cleaning, as well as machines for selecting high-quality non-injured seeds.
But the first tests of the machines showed that it is not so simple.

And for more than 3 years we were engaged in designing, building and testing new machines that do not injure crops by cleaning and calibrating them.

We were drawing, building, giving them to farmers for testing, then based on the results of the farmers' work, their wishes and comments, again we were cutting something down, re-building and again giving them to the tests, and later we created our own test unit to monitor the work of our machines.

In the end, all our tests have led to the understanding that there can not be a universal machine for cleaning all types of grain. More or less.
And the machine cannot be very powerful and productive, and at the same time not lose the quality of grain processing.
The larger the machine, the more the quality of working with grain is lost.

And having studied such machines, the practice has shown that any machine for preparing seeds itself damages the grain as well as machines for simple cleaning of grain .

Then we tracked all the stages of working with grain, identified areas where the seeds are injured. This is how our machines were born.


In our machines, we have applied some sophisticated technologies (from aircraft construction and submarines!) in order to create ideal conditions for accurate work with grain.
And continuing our policy of reducing injury to grain, we began to produce slow-moving elevators and vibrators.
Today we are confident that our machines do not beat the grain, and our seed preparation line is very effective and really protects the grain from injury.

I invite each person to make sure of this:
Come to our facility, bring your own grain (3-4 bags), which You need to clean or get seeds of.
We give you any machine and an assistant at Your disposal, and You can conduct "live" tests on Your grain process and make sure the way the machine works, whether it really meets Your expectations. And, of course, make a decision whether You need this machine or not? And it's free!
